SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING:

-We cannot ship to PO Boxes

-Orders placed Monday - Friday will be shipped from our retail location (141 Larchmont Ave., Larchmont, NY) the next day.  Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out on Tuesday.  Expected delivery dates are scheduled by USPS. Any delays, once shipped, are unfortunately out of our control.

-Local and curbside pick up -  Orders may be picked up at The Dressed Pretzel, 141 Larchmont Ave., Larchmont NY.  Thursday-Saturday, 2pm-6pm.

Summer shipping  -We ship all orders with cold packs ($3.00 additional cost added to shipping) from early June to mid September. 

RETURNS POLICY

-Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team at Choco@TheDressedPretzel.com. Please provide a photo and description of the issue, and we will do our best to help!

CANCELLATION POLICY
